1. Provide the highest level of academic standards and training for students in acquiring the appropriate knowledge, skills and attitude that are necessary in the practice of their profession.

Incorporate in the curriculum programs that will enhance ethical, moral and spiritual values anchored on the principles of honesty, integrity, responsibility,obedience, love, compassion and respect for the dignity of human life and instill leadership qualities and collegiality among the studentry.
3. Formulate relevant and quality researches, community-oriented projects that will engender sensitivity to community concerns and social consciousness.
